General Memberships

1. The Executive Wear Rewards and its partners have the right to change, modify, limit or cancel program rules, regulations, rewards, cash voucher, and reward level at any time with or without notice. That includes increasing or decreasing the number of points accumulated required for a reward, changing rewards, limiting items available for a reward at any participating stores, or changing or cancelling it rewards.

2. Additionally, The Executive Wear has the right to end the The Executive Wear Rewards program by providing written notice to its member six months in advance of program termination. In that event, the right to earn points and redeem for cash voucher and rewards may end six months after notification, no matter the extent of member participation in the program.

3. After applying for the The Executive Wear Member Privilege program, a membership number will be assigned to each applicant which usually is applicants' unique citizenship identification number (for Singapore applicants) or Passport Number (for Non-Singaporean applicants). Upon receiving this number, an individual becomes eligible to earn the The Executive Wear Privilege points.

4. An account may be closed at The Executive Wear's discretion if no points are accrued during 24-month period. All points in the account will be forfeited.

5. The Executive Wear Rewards points, rewards, cash voucher earned through participating the The Executive Wear program may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of The Executive Wear Rewards points, rewards or cash voucher is the responsibility of the member.

7. In the case of fraud or abuse involving The Executive Wear Rewards, points, cash voucher, or reward use, The Executive Wear have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, and all points and cash vouchers earned through The Executive Wear Rewards may be forfeited and the account will be closed.

8. Membership in The Executive Wear Rewards, including any cash voucher that may have been issued to a member, may be revoked or suspended at The Executive Wear's sole discretion if a member fails to pay any bills or accounts at participating stores if due.

9. The Executive Wear Rewards points, cash voucher, are void where prohibited by law.

10. You may be provided with the ability to use usernames, passwords or other access codes or devices to gain access to restricted portions of the The Executive Wear sites. The content contained in such restricted areas is confidential to The Executive Wear, and is provided to members for members' personal use only. We reserve the right to prohibit the use of such access codes on your behalf by third parties where we determine that such use interferes with our site's operation or results in commercial benefits for other entities to our detriment.

11. The Executive Wear Rewards is operated by Goldlink Group Singapore.

Conditions of Participation

1. Only individuals are eligible for The Executive Wear membership, and each individual may maintain only one account. Corporations, groups and/or associated entities cannot enroll as The Executive Wear members.

2. Employees of The Executive Wear and Goldlink Group Company, and their subsidiaries are ineligible to participate in The Executive Wear Rewards.

3. Points accrued by a The Executive Wear member are for the member's benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone. Points are transferable to a legal spouse only in the case of documented death of the member.

4. The Executive Wear respect your privacy seriously and is a priority for us. However, in order to keep you informed of your The Executive Wear membership status, it is important that we send you certain program information that may include printed periodic statements of your account and other information necessary for administration; printed or e-mail marketing materials from The Executive Wear which will inform you of special offers or promotions we believe would be of interest to you; and marketing materials from third parties that have a strategic marketing relationship with The Executive Wear Program. As a participant in The Executive Wear program, you have consented to receive all of the kinds of information described above. However, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of mailings from such third parties and from e-mails from The Executive Wear.

Name changes must include supporting legal documentation, signature, date and member account number.

Account Activity Statement

The Executive Wear members will receive an activity statement and The Executive Wear newsletter only if the member has earned points, or claimed a cash voucher or claimed a reward during the previous statement period. Click here to view your account status.

Duplicate Accounts

If one or more membership number is assigned to an individual, he/she will only receive points for one account and duplicate accounts will be cancelled.
